We need to see a pic of the pump . Is it in a sump? It is sucking air from some where .

I figured it out! The water coming from the media filtration was getting a small water fall effect... I think that must’ve been it because when the water would fall it made bubbles on the surface

Bingo, your return pump sucking the small bubbles and turning them into micro bubbles.
Took me a whole day and a new pump to figure this out and I’m meanwhile broke my old pump haha you live and you learn

Air is being ingested into pump intake from sump ( is water level in sump proper or at least covering pump? Is there a skimmer in sump sending bubbles to return pump?

There wasn’t enough water at first but that was because my media was stopping the water flow so I removed it and soon after it stopped the bubbles so now I’m think of a small power head probably getting a hydro 240
