Hey guys! I'm starting my saltwater aquarium journey and could use some help. I have a JBJ 45 gal with 2 Nero 5 pumps. I was wondering if this was a good setup or if I should put the Nero 5s on the back of the tank? What should the settings be for the pumps? Right now I have it on Random 30% max and 1% min. I plan to have various LPS and soft corals in it. I just wanted to get it settled now.

Your tank is looking excellent! Your pump setup looks pretty good IMO. You may want to increase or decrease the current flow settings that you have depending on your corals needs but at the moment your looking good.

Looks good to me.

Like Nigel said you'll be able to see what the current needs are once you have coral in there. As well you'll be able to see where things settle in the sand, if you see a place where buildup is happening you can move the pumps accordingly to reduce those areas be it front to read of the side panels or up and down.
