Pump recommendations

Looking to upgrade my pump situation. I originally had a panworld pump, but didn't like the noise. Then I tried to get by on the cheap and picked up a Jebao DCT-15000 and I wasn't overly happy with its performance and don't believe it produced anywhere near the gpm it claims.

So my situation is this. I have a 260 gallon display with a 60 gallonish sump and a separate 40 gallon refugium. I also run a BRS reactor for GFO/carbon. I currently run a separate maxjet pump for the reactor. I would like to run all this with one pump and keep in mind I might add a frag tank to this also.

What should I do?

Vectra L2 is a good choice. Or like on my 240 display with a 100 gallon sump, I run a Fluval SP6. I also run a manifold off the dual return to feed the CaRx off the same pump.
