Pump size for 25Gal cube

I have a 25 gal cube tank that I’m going to use for frags. I don’t have a pump and I wasn’t sure what size pump to use. I’ve seen some people say 4x tank size while others saying 30x tank size per hour. What size pump should I get? I’m going to be using this system with the same water as my 125 DT going to my 45 gal sump.

My other question is should I just have the return pump or should I add a power head?

sicce syncra or rio+ or cobalt are all good , shoot for anything with 10X to 30X. If you are going for sps then definitely add extra power head (icecap 1K or mp10). If you are shooting for lps/softy only, then you should be fine with just return, and in that case go for higher strength returns (>20x)
