Pump sizing

Ok so been out of the reefing world long time but setting up my 90 tank builded in overflow and drilled... got aquafine uv sterilizer as well as a marine land CBW-1 filter.... so I have from old tank reeflo pump dart hybrid maybe with UV sterilizer and plumbing 7 ft of head psi this pump maybe over kill whats Everyone think ????

Way overkill. Should shoot for around 5x display, imo

The easy pump to get is a DC pump, something like this Ok that did not work but a Jabao DCP 8000 pump should work great, I have a 6000 on a 120 and at full speed it is very slow, but my overflow cannot handle high flow. The sweet spot is run the pump at half speed.
