Pump to 1/4" adapters?

I found em once before but can't for the life of me find them now. I'm looking for a way to go from a pump to a 1/4" push-connect. Like the rodi push-connect/john guest fittings..

To adapt a MJ powerhead I picked up a 1/2"x1/4" John Guest adapter at the local Ace Hardware. This is what fed my calcium reactor for years.
