Tired of lifting 5 gallon buckets to dump water into tank for water changes

Recomendation on easiest pump to purchase to put in bucket to transfer water into tank?

This one is great.

Those are great pumps…lil overkill for a 5 gallon bucket though!

Get a Mag Drive, Sicce, Laguna, Tunze or some other utility pump on your local CraigsList or Marketplace. They are easy to get adapters to fit into many hoses and stuff. Used is fine and they are usually cheaper. Pond pump are usually very powerful and work well for this too.

Been using this one for over a year with no complaints. I run it without a hose to mix then Hook up hose to fill during wc

For sure. It's funny I also have the one you use in my cart. This is one (rare) area you can go cheap on in this hobby and still get equal value.. Imo
I just turn it on its side to get the last little bit of water.

but it would drain the entire bucket, unlike a regular pump that will leave 1-2 inches of water in the bottom of the bucket
1-2” of water won’t be such a big deal to pick up and pour in. There would still be a small amount left in the bucket even with this pump.

the idea is to no pick up buckets. and that pump will drain down to the very bottom of the bucket, it's the same one people use to drain sumps, tanks and pools, leaving little to no water left. not the same as a submersible aquarium pump
