Is the Hydor Seltz D 3200 GPH a submersible pump ?

Bumping an old thread so others know. I run the Hydor Seltz D 750GPH on my water box 100.3. It’s loud. I mean looooud. You can hear it 30ft away watching TV in another room. It’s not even on the max setting, I put it one step down to reduce the noise.
