Hey everyone. I use 5 gallon water jugs for my water. I'm just curious if anyone knows of a pump I can attach a hose to the intake and the output so I can drop the hose into the water jug instead of picking it up to do top offs?

Have you looked into auto top offs ?

I would 100% recommend an Auto Top Off, ATO, pump for topping off. My personal favorite is the Spectra Pure.

However, for water changes and to refill my top of water reservoir... I use a five gallon bucket with a submersible Sicce pump with a braided flexible tube on the outlet. There's no tube needed on the inlet since it's submersible. I think I use a Sicce 1.5 but that's only because I happen to have a spare. A smaller submersible pump would be perfectly fine.

For things like water changes, I use a Cobalt MJ1200 with a hose attached.

This is what I'm working with. I'm limited to space at the moment for a dump and a top off. It is in the future plans though. I use these jugs for water changes and top offs
