Give the PT some rest and add a drop or two garlic to the food to soak in or justvin the water.
Sometimes it trigger them to eat.

@dwest I'm not sure what to make of your microscope images. Below are microscopic images of Capsalidae, the most common family of monogeneans (flukes) found in saltwater:

Thanks. I’ve seen those pics before in your threads. Mine didn’t look that. So I will conclude no flukes on the PT from either of the 2 FW baths I have given him...
 
those slides do not look like flukes for sure even pressed between slides. fish does look like has bacterial infection which requires use of antibiotic to cure. i just glanced at the whole thread briefly but i would place it in a separate qt and treat with antibiotics.

I placed him in his own qt with Kanaplex. He kept going downhill and died 2 days later. Thanks for your help.
