Purchasing Bubble Magus DC A9 from Hong Kong

..for use in the United States. I am in HK, have luggage space and they are cheaper here. They have 220v plugs though. Will it work?

I believe they make adapters to change the plug to a US plug. I guess it could be worth a try?
