Purchasing Inovative Marine 100EXT

Hello everyone,

I will be ordering an IM tank soon and wonder other than reward points, what would the benefits be ordering through BRS vs ordering direct from IM.

What has everyone's experience been when purchasing a tank of this size online?

I otdered from iM directly 100ext and 200ext. Skip the middle man. Faster customer service response. Plus got gift cards for TSA. Maybe they don't have gift cards anymore.

Wait time was about 6 weeks or so.

He would not give me a date just said they switched deals around according to inventory stock and it’s about that time.

A suggestion to all you getting an IM tank.
Insert a board into the rear upper support.
The ID is metric so if you have a table saw you can cut one to size.
For the rest of us something 5/8" or more in thickness will do.
WHY, you ask? Trying to attach something to the aluminum frame is difficult because of the thickness of the material.
A board with screws near the ends of the board ends, pull it towards the front interior giving screws something to grab & hold on to.
ALSO, when installing the side doors, double check how they open, the magnets should be towards the front of the stand or they open backwards. Ask me how I know.
