So, about a month ago I obtained an established 94 gallon reef aquarium from a mutual friend and I've been trying (without luck) to figure out what these long stringy white deposits are in the back of the aquarium. If someone could please finally shed some light on the Identity of these deposits it would be much appreciated. (Picture is blurry as I anyway from the tank for the next few hours and wanted to get this thread posted before I forgot)

From the description and picture it sounds like tube worms.. a harmless filter feeder.
