Pure O2 or compressed air inside fish bag

Hi everyone

What is the advantage using pure oxygen to fill a fish bag vs compressed air (with 20% oxygen) ?

Is the agitation inside the bag main mechanism responsable for the gas exchange ?

Is there any article tracking the O2, ammonia and pH inside the bag over the time ?

Pure oxygen in a bag is 80% more oxygen than the surrounding air. The main advantage would be longer shipping times.
