First, this stuffs is nasty and make sure you wear gloves because it will stain your hand.
I am familiar with Chemipure in a jar but this is way beyond that.
so recently I have some problems with my tank and searched around and gave Purit a try.
I started of with half of the recommended amount so I only put 1 cup into some new pantry hose. Took me 2 5G buckets of tank water via the media and still has a slight black tint to it.
most importantly, my tank didn’t improve but one torch colony closed up and won’t open back up. (It was all opened before Purit)
what are your experience? I contacted Brightwell last week, no answer.
