Purple algae??

What is this all over my sandbed? I'm cleaning this stuff up daily with a turkey baster. It seems to have gotten worse since I installed new lights.

My parameters as of today

80 degrees
Salinity - 1.025
PH- 8.2
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 5
Calcium- 400
KH- 8 dkh

Not the best picture, but same stuff? Purple stuff on my rock (which does get some direct sunlight) with bubbles under it. I turkey basted and sucked some of it off.
