I have a large frag of Purple Deaths, thanks to Darren, that are taking off very nicely in my tank, but they have lost some of their Purple. Some of the larger polyps have a brown tint to them now, but the smaller polyps are still a dark purple. Is this normal?
The tank is a Biocube 14g with 72watts of PC over it and I have them on the sand.
Thanks yall.

All of my purple deaths have turned a mauve color under my t5 setup.

Mauve would be a good description of mine. I was wondering if this is caused by too much/too little light? I put them under a little overhang in the bottom of my tank and we will see if it is the first.

I think my frag in the pic is purple. It's on the bottom of a 20gal under 65w CP and two NO t5s. It has stayed that color for two months.

They were purple at the lfs under less light. I have them pretty high in my tank so I'm sure its just due to the lighting. For those who don't know what mauve is, its like a dusty rose color.
