Purple flakes. What is it?

Yes, the green stuff is GHA but what is that purple flake looking stuff all over the top? It's on the sand and front glass. If I pick it up with my finger it looks reddish, almost blood-like. I did a chemi clean treatment but doesn't look like it affected any of this stuff.

In all my years in reefing and being on numerous forums I've never seen dinos or cyano forming like this. Even a google search won't bring up anything.
