I have 3 black boxes and my nems are sort of white and lacking colors specifically my green. I had the boxes on 15 white 50 blue but I thought maybe I was bleaching them and I have worked it down to 1 white 50 blue and they seem a little better but not much. Any tips?

Also where can I find the purple galaxy nem in the photo?

How high over the tank are the lights?

Off hand it doesn’t sound like a light thing.

11 inches above water, tank is 24 deep. I'm not sure what it could be. My Rose bubble tip is still rose but looks very thin and doesn't extend its tentacles long. Attached is my rose and the gbta idk what they are.

I think you may have gone too fast.

A fwiw , don’t get to hung up on all levels particularly if you aren’t on a Doser and you don’t have a lot of stony coral.
I know, the whole world seems to press hard on the parameters and alk. But...

Well I went up .6 per day. I started on monday when I got my dosing in

Dunno. IMO , they could have been on the decline or the last big change didn’t make em happy.

In either case , lower light and observation is probably a good thing.

Do check the ph. If it’s in the 8.3-85 range I’d say it was the alk.

Thank you! I was given them and they were very light when I got them haven't improved but I was told they would begin to color

Wow. 4 months. Not sure what to tell you. You should have seen movent one way or another.

What are your no3 and Po4 at.

And o course the young tank thing could be a prob.
My first one curled up in a ball hours after I put it in.

I got 4 of them and they're all this color hmm
I’m gonna go with the light, even 50% blue on some black boxes is almost 300 par in random spots. Black boxes be like

Well I still run 50 blue and 1 white, I'm gonna dial blues to 40. I have had good luck with my nems health they're very healthy and happy. Just not colored and grow very slowly
