Purple milk yellow spots. What is it?

I have a purple milk anemone and it recently got some yellow spots on some of its tentacles. What is it and if it is a disease can it be treated.

It’s completely normal a lot of LTAs( just a guess but I’m pretty sure that’s what I’m looking at) have those spots on the base of there tentacles. hope this helps
