Purple Rain light standards

I still can't find a happy medium for the Purple Rains. Up high, they don't seem to like the light... down low they open but are very dim.

Anyone have experience with these guys?

I've had 1 purple rain for 10 months and it's still 1 lol. I thought i was going to loose it a few times but its still hanging.

there is another similiar morph called purple hearted rings. the name purple rain on the ones i have came from elite reefs in florida. Not too many people got them when he had this morph

but 300 par in my tank and medium flow. the ones that aquaworld got from is in med light and high flow and growing the same as my mother colony
