Purple seabae anemone mouth always open

Is this OK? I've read and read on multiple places that it's mouth shouldn't stay open but I've had him 3 months now and still the same. He seems to have grown an inch or so since we have had him. Closes slightly at night and wide open during the day. He looks alittle bleached in the video but he isn't has a pretty consistent purple color I just don't know how to compensate for the blue.

I mean, it's hard to tell from the video - but it seems healthy (and you indicate it's growing). I imagine if there was too much/little light he'd be making an effort to move.

He's been parked back there for a month and a half or so. So I don't think I've got an issue with lighting. Tried to get him in a more visible spot with no luck. But to me he seems healthy, I've just read and been told by lfs it's mouth should stay shut.
