It's hard to see clearly what kind they are exactly but the don't look like EEFW(euphyllia eating flat worm)which is a good sign. They look more like planaria. Which will eat dying or dead flesh but don't seem to do the damage the others do. I would go the natural route with fish before anything chemical.
