Purple stuff on live rock

I found this on my live rock this morning. My google searching says it could be coralline algae, but i just wanted to be sure from you guys. Can anyone confirm?

I wouldn't worry about that it's new rock a lot will grow on it you cannot expect it to stay the same color nature will take it. But I am only running a reef tank for 2 months so I could be wrong
