I see cyanobacteria, anyone else?
If it's hard and the OP can't get it off, it's not cyanobacteria. There are green, red, purple coralline algae too, so I wouldn't panic on color alone...

I see cyanobacteria, anyone else?
Yeah after a closer look. It looks like a lot of Cyanobacteria
I've got three tanks and coralline grows great in two of them; never on glass only on plastic filter walls, wavemakers or rocks. I like the biodiversity, color, etc. Third tank - I've tried just about everything to get it to grow and nothing happens even though water parameters are essentially the same. Even made up a coralline smoothie per Farm Boy and nothing.................oh well, two out of three ain't bad.Really why lol
Any more pictures would be helpful. And is it all hard or is there a slimy coating?
No it's really hard almost feels like rocky material

I'm also trying to get rid of this stuff on top of my sand it comes and goes
That looks like cyano bacteria. More flow around the sand bed will stop it. It's like a red carpet that is easily removed, right?
Try it out and see if they don’t like it they will close up. Flow is trial and error takes some time to get the right amount where you want it.
Ok thanks I'll try it out
You could easily position a powerhead to bounce of the glass and go around your zoas. The bottom of the tank is the least oxygenated. Or try a narrow stream from the side glass to go straight past the zoas. Positioning powerheads is a royal pain. It'll take a few attempts to get it right.
