Purple Tang Has Large White Spot

Purple tang has large white spot. Almost looks like it’s been scratched. We inherited the tank and and all was transported. Rock and coral broken down and re-scaped so there are sharp edges in some places. Eating normal, acting normal, water chemistry seems to be normal. There is green hair algae and we are treating and have a plan for that. There are 2 clowns and a trigger in the tank. All have been observed as peaceful. Any ideas on the spot?

Can you get a clearer picture? I can make out the spot, but it also looks like there could be damage to the dorsal and caudal fins. If so, my suspicion would be tankmate aggression…..

We have an udulated trigger in there too. Previous owner says he was a pest, but we haven't witnessed it yet and he seems social with the 2 clowns and tang. They all swim around together normally. The tang doesn't seem skiddish around him either. However, I noticed the caudal and dorsal fin damage the first day we got the tank. She was also really skinny so we thought maybe she was malnourished. I will keep watching them and we are prepared to remove the trigger if he is a problem. He's just so dang pretty.

Never trust an undulate! they will eventually turn on just about any fish.
