Hard to see with food bits floating around. Hes shy and I can only get shots at feeding time.

Its a very raised white spot...looks like a big whitehead, it almost looks like I could wrap a thread around it and pop it off. No other blemishes anywhere on his body...just this one large white spot. This fish was quarantined along with all other inhabitants as this is a new tank with only qt'd fish and corals. I'd be really suprised if ich was in here, although this really doesnt look like ich to me.

Little background, I've had lots of problems getting this fish to eat. He's already stressed from a yellow tang in this tank and has a pinched belly. Link to that thread below.

Looks to be lymphocystis.
lympho is a viral condition that is associated with poor water quality and/or diet. From the looks of its’ face, diet is lacking.
what is your ammonia- nitrate- ph and salinity
What filter also are you using and age of tank?
Feed at least:
Spirulina brine shrimp
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Mysis shrimp
Hikari mega veggie diet
Hikari marine cuisine
Small plankton
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Also add selcon vitamins and garlic extract to the foods for stamina and immunity health

I'm not saying that it isn't lympho but generally lympho at least starts on the fins of the fish. It looks to me like it could possibly be a what Jay has referred to in the past as mucus plugs.

Here is a link to a thread of a purple tang that has a similar blemish.
