Purple tang

Can anyone tell me what this is on my purple tang ?

Could be ich/Lympho but the spots look like they're on the glass.

The white bloch is likely an infection of some sort. How long has it been there and is it getting worse? Were these fish QT'd?

OK. so the infection's source may be something along the lines of aggression or an injury caused some other way, but it may need antibiotic treatment if it continues to get worse.

whats a good antibiotic treatment to use

Kanaplex is a wide spectrum antibiotic and is readily absorbed into the skin of the fish. Furan 2 is a good option as well.
