Purple Tilefish cyanide poisoning?

I got this beautiful fish 3 weeks ago and it was doing fine in the main tank until I noticed white opaque bumps and red sores.
I put it in a container (for medicating) and now it doesn't look like he'll make it, all within 2 days time.

Anyone have a clue what this disease could be?

Dead on Sir. After a 5 min FW dip I saw the flukes dislodging.
I'll follow the procedures described in your link.

However, just know that once flukes become so numerous that they start crawling over the skin like that, prognosis may be bleak.
