Purple Torch Turning Gold?!

I bought this 4 header purple torch about 6 months ago from my lfs for around $100, only about a week ago it started having "gold" streaks. Has anyone else heard of/had this happen before? Pretty excited about it, it gets more gold by the day.
Nothing's changed as far as parameters or lighting in those last 6 months besides upgrading to a bigger tank.

Corals make different colored CFPs depending on the specific spectrum you expose it to. We see this mostly with light sensitives like acros but given enough intensity and difference, I guess torches can do that too (plus a bit of luck and the natural mutation of the colormorph.)

I had a mostly purple one that got gold streaks. I think it was probably originally that color though as it was in rough shape when I acquired it. Probably lost it color form stress.

May be stress. These are photosynthetic and depend on lights and nutrients which furnishes the zooxanthellae for their color pigment. Take a close look at these levels:
Salinity
alk
ca
ph
NO3
phos

Feed at least 2x per week (mysis, sm plankton, pinky size pieces of squid, mussel or silverside fish)

Looks like an aussie gold returning to it's natural colors. Good job! Keep doing whatever you're doing. It'll be awesome to see it back all the way if it is one. You struck gold!
