Putting a sump on a 40b

I have a 40 breeder and im setting up a 20l sump.
Im not sure if i should get the eshoops pf300 or 800 and i not sure what pump to get either. I need some advice!

I currently run the 300 on my 55 and works great I also know a couple people that run it on there 40b as well would suggest the 300.
