I would love to have coral on the substrate but I fear that the tiger watchman goby I have will bury it. He moves the sand all over the place. When I first got my xenia I put the frag plug in the sand and the goby had it half buried the next day. Is this a real issue or just one I am making up in my head?

Hey,

Mine can drive me crazy at times. I keep plugs on my sand, with a few precautions. I keep it out in the open, if you can in an area he is lesss likely to go. I make a little hill with the frag on top. And, you will have to give it a quick check daily to be it doesn’t get buried

My golden head goby has absolutely buried some. Luckily he dumps sand in the same place every day. Once you know the habits of you fish, you can plan accordingly.
