putting garlic xtremem in saltwater tank

Hi, I have heard of it but was wondering if there really are benefits of putting 100% garlic xtreme in my reef tank? The instruction says you can add a drop per 10 gallons, do i do this daily or every now and them (instruction is not clear).

It's probably better to use i as a food soak instead of just dumping it into the tank.

I make my own frozen food and when I make a batch I put about 1/2 of the bottle into the mix.
