Putty and Skimmer...D'oh!

I wasn't thinking and used some putty in the tank to mount a new colony. My skimmer is going nuts! I knew this would happen, didn't think about it at the time though...

From your experiences, how long until everything is back normal?

Well it has been 36 hrs and still foaming like a rabid dog... Learned my lesson.
