PVC cleaner used to touch up rock

Anyone ever used Purple pvc cleaner to paint rock or touch up spots ?

It is a solvent. Im not sure I would use it. Im not sure what the purple die is.

All of the painted rocks are just gimmicks to charge a little more. Algae will cover it in no time either way.
