PVC cutter smells like oil

can I still use them they smell like oil thoe the blades everything to cut the pvc pipe smelled like oil at Home Depot so got this thinking it didn’t had any and it does

you will be fine. If it doubt wipe it with a cloth soaked in vinegar

I've got the exact same one that I use for cutting the bottom off frag plugs. Works great.
