PVC Glue in tank water

My tank is full but no live stock, just sand. I had a pipe break and while I was fixing it I placed a towel over the sump to prevent glue from dripping in. But when I went to run the check 3 hours later, the towel had fallen in the sump. I ran the check and no leaks, but then I saw some film in there that I pulled it out and I think it was glue. No idea if I got it all. Now I’m worried there’s some in the tank water. Should I be worried?

Nope. Highly volatile glue will evaporate QUICKLY, while there may be a film on the surface its not going to hurt your reef animals.

This is nice broadly applicable advice. Most commonly the answer to "I got a small amount of x into my tank" is it'll probably be okay, run some carbon just to be safe and run your skimmer a little wet for a day or 2.
