When glueing pvc is there a specific type of glue to use? Or any type of pvc glue will work? Meaning will it be safe?

Homedepot carry pvc cement I've always use that for my plumbing and never had a problem, after gluing I would usually let it dry over night so the fumes can air out.

Ya I have the glue from homedepot the two part one. The one with purple primer and glue combo. So it is all safe when it dries for a bit right?

Use the one with the clear primer, doesn't look as bad when it drips.
And yes, its ok to use.

Yep, I prefer the clear primer too. I've been using the one from local Home Depot store.

Thanks everyone for the info. I just wanted to make sure I didn't need to buy new bulkheads and pvc. Thanks again.

Me personally I like the Blue primer but I'm neat with all my connections.

I use PVC cement and primer. The one that I use is a purple primer, and clear cement. It's super tough and dries clear.

It's always nice to stumble over the answers to my questions before I ask them. You guys rock
