I like to use this one does not require primer. Neither of those two require primer.

I have always used Oatey's clear medium duty. No primer. Never saw the need for the extra step. almost 35 years, to many tanks to count, never had a leak.

since most bulkheads are black ABS make sure whatever glue you use is compatible for both...and no primer on the abs....its very soft and the cleaner alone is all it needs
