which one would be less aggressive? I have a few snails two clowns and an anemone and maybe getting a shrimp.

I would say the Pygmy Angel, however, I would be more concerned with your Clowns being the aggressors!

Lol, our long nose and our flame hawk fish are small and fun. No issues with the snails or blood red fire from for over a year.
I have returned several pygmy blue angelfish over the years.
They end up being worse than Angry damsels.
