Pygmy Coral Croucher Goby

They're venomous and supposedly very cryptic so if you want a fish that you see all the time then this isn't that fish. :-) Also, they need target feeding. They catch food that swims by, they don't actively hunt or go looking for food which is why target feeding is needed unless you have a bunch of live food in your tank. Everything I mentioned is what I read when researching fish lime this.

They aren't a true goby. As mentioned they're related to the Scorpionfish.

Had mine for a couple of years. Stays in the same rock ledge. Only see it when it grabs food quickly. I still like feeding it. Not for everyone.

I see, not for me

I'm glad you posted here and found out this fish was not for you. They are a cute fish and most people that buy them have no idea how to care for rhem, or what they are all about. Then sadly they persish rather quickly.

Yes it is really important to be responsible. I also noticed that the fish was not captive bred when I looked at it a second time. I never buy fish that aren't captive bred.
