Pyramid Butterfly Fish with Ich

Hi, I purchased a pyramid butterfly fish yesterday and put it into my quarantine tank. The fish initially showed no signs of disease until I noticed symptoms of ich this evening. There is currently no medication in the tank. I have a bottle of copper power, but I heard some butterflies are very sensitive to copper. Would this be a good treatment to use on the pyramid butterfly? Any other ideas for treatment?
