Pyramid Butterfly Swmiing upside down & Sideways

Hi

My Pyramid butterfy (the larger one), arrived by mail order 4 days ago, and seemed fine, now swimming upside down and sideways, and later in the evening statyed at the top of the tank upside down and half his body grey colour (I understand this indicates stress). But happened last two days then in the mroning back to normal colour but still swimming almost drunken.

Not sure if there is anything I can do , Haven't got a QT set up, he has eaten each night though.

Appreciate any comments, good or bad . (I know could be trauma of some kind from his journey, was in Fish store for 2 weeks before purchase)

Actually, that looks like it has swimbladder issues, it is swimming like it is positively buoyant. Sometimes, when fish are collected below 40 to 50 feet, divers use a needle to decompress them when surfacing. This in turn can get infected. Shipping the fish by air can make it worse. There is no good treatment, just keep it well fed, time sometimes corrects this issue.
