If you live in the north be very very careful when ordering from Ocean Pro Aquatics. I ordered ULVA marco algea and copods. When the package was delivered my wife accepted the package and call me saying that a damp box had arrived and the longer it was in house the more it was dripping. When she opened it for me it the bags holding both types of algea and copods had frozen, ruptured and frozen into a solid block. When I got home and checked the packaging there wasn't a single heat pack, and the livestock was in a cardboard box not a foam container. When i called and asked why they would ship to IL in sub freezing weather livestock without heat paks or thermo containers I was told that I didn't pay the $53.00 for next day. I pointed out that even with next day no heat pak and no thermo protection would have resulted in frozen goods I was told I would be shipped replacements. That was before Christmas and no word or product. So take care if you live in a cool climate and want living livestock. :sure:
