Is a 10 gallon tank to small to qt 3 ignitus anthias?

I plan on doing brs' 80/20 ‐ which requires me to do a %100 water change every 3 days.

IMO it will be too small, but if you can manage the ammonia buildup (it may build up faster than a water change every 3 days can manage) they should be ok.
