QT cleaning question

I set up a ten gallon tank for a new wrasse. I put sand in a bowl and a piece of rock from DT. I had to use Furan-2, no copper or other meds. I will just toss the sand and bleach everything but what should I do with the live rock? I will be getting more fish soon and would like to get the QT setup for wrasse again.

I bleach it, dry it for a long time then cure it and reseed it. I keep a small box of rock just for qt usage and rotate it as needed.
