How do you go about QT these creatures. Specifically the conch. I would like to add one, but unsure how to QT it. Can I just put it in a tank with bare bottom like a normal QT? What do I feed it? Any types of treatments I should do?

Observational quarantine would be best. Bare bottom tank with pieces of PVC elbows and tubing. For food just regular frozen food should suffice. I wouldn't run any treatments unless you observe an issue as inverts tend to be very sensitive to medications. Observe for a week or two and if all looks well in the display tank he goes :)

I QT-ed my fighting conch in a bare bottom tank with several snails for 76 days. I had a dish of sand in there but he climbed out. Fed him some pellets and dried seaweed. He did fine. This QT was well established having been used several months earlier to QT a couple of fish followed by some macro algae.

Thanks for the replies. Not sure how I am going to do it. I have a coral QT, a fish medic/observation tank and I do TTM so not sure best route, but I'll figure it out I suppose.
