So I want to add all juveniles of these 3 at same time in a 40 breeder qt ..should I just try at same time or do them separate esp the angels ..Regal angel , juvenile majestic and powder brown tang . Also I run coral pro salt in my dt does it matter if I go cheaper salt route for the qt like regular io?, should I just keep it the same ?

You can absolutely use the I.O. salt in QT. Having at the same SG as the display when you're ready to move fish would allow you to temp-acclimate only, no drip process.

If you could place the two angels into the tank simultaneously, their aggression might be curbed - it's nobody's territory, so you accept who's there with you. (Might want to have a divider handy, just in case . . .) Tang should be OK too, but make sure you've got plenty of oxygen & decent flow.

What kind of biofilter are you running on the 40 breeder QT? So long as that is sufficient to handle any ammonia and you have enough surface agitation to provide oxygen, I don't foresee any issues.

Cool I'm glad that I could use the io instead of the red sea salt . I'm going to have an rw8 in there and an airstone . Going to use hob filter that has a spot for bio media , filter bag and going to be seeded and running with biospira a week or 2 ahead of time . Ammonia badge and wc ready when it needs it

Also make sure to have plenty of areas fish can claim for territory, especially for sleep.
I tossed in a bunch of PCV, and even made 2story pcv (epoxided 2x together), so I can utilize vertical area of the Qt, w/o any fish staring anyone down.

Ever one of my fish like to be in the shadows for sleep, so for 3x fish, maybe toss in 5x pcv elbows, ts, straights, etc.
