QT for nothing

I have my fish and QT for 2 month with Copperpower. Kept it at 2.50 for 2 months. Put ebrtbing in at the same time. Moved them to the display and everyone was fine until the tuned the lights on and the hippo Tang breaks out. I'm so ticked because now everyone has spots and I can't remove my Aquascape to re QT them. Any advice besides makes sure they are eating?

The 1st picture was a before. And now since the hippo broke out. Everyone has
