QT for possibly contaminated live rock and sand

Hi,
About 8 months ago, I had a case of crypto which killed 3 of my fish, including my hippo tang. I treated with Paragard and since have seen no symptoms on any remaining fish. I have also not added anything new to my tank (no new fish, corals, rocks) since the infection. I haven't seen any other pests in the tank. Soon, I'll be upgrading to a much larger tank. I'd like to make sure not to unwittingly transfer any crypto over when I move my fish, live rock and sand over.

Questions:
1) If I haven't seen any crypto infection in 8 months (and no new fish/corals), is it likely there is still crypto in my tank?
2) If crypto is still a concern, I can use TTM to transfer my fish to the new tank. However, what is best practice for transferring my sand and live rock without killing the beneficial bacteria? Specifically, should I treat sand/rock with medicine without fish, leave fallow for a bit, heat up the tank, something else? I've seen a lot of different information, and I want a minimally intrusive plan that doesn't kill all of the beneficial bacteria or take an unnecessary amount of time or risk the future health of my new tank (e.g. by medicine leaching into the new tank).

Paraguard is likely just helping control the ich. Ich Management.

You would need to allow all coral/rock/sand/inverts to be fallow for 76 days.

Fish will need QT and treatment with CP/copper/hypo/TTM
